Meet with an Artessa membership
representative to select your home,
secure pricing, and pay a downpayment
toward the initial share payment

Meet with an Artessa Design Project
Manager to select your interior finishes.

PRESALE REQUIREMENT
Achieve 60% pre-sale and
share payment due
CONSTRUCTION
Your Artessa cooperative is being built.
Typically this is a 13-15 month construction
period from start to finish.
ARTESSA QUALITY CONTROL
Members will have 3-4 walkthroughs for quality control
measures prior to occupancy.
MOVE-IN
Members will coordinate their move
with Artessa’s move-in
specialists to ensure a smooth
transition. Welcome home!
